Ingredients

4-6 avocados

1 container of cherry or grape tomatoes

1 red onion

1 Jalapeno

1 bunch of fresh cilantro

1 can of black beans

1 can of crispy kernel corn

4-6 cloves of garlic

2 teaspoons of cumin

Preparation

Slice avocado's. tomatoes and onions into thick chunks and place in a bowl. Mince garlic, cliantro and Jalapeno and fold into avocado mixture. Open and strain the corn and black beans and put into the bowl. Squeeze lime over all the ingredients and salt to taste!

Serve as a dip or a wonderful garnish for grilled meats
